Network Extension and Densification
The Omilayé “Network Extension and Densification” project in Benin aims to extend the drinking water network to new localities and increase the number of connection points where the network already exists.
Main objective
To bring drinking water further into the eight rural departments served (Alibori, Borgou, Collines, Plateau, Mono, Couffo, Ouémé, and Zou) by constructing new sections of pipeline.
To enable more villages and households to connect, thus contributing to the target of 100% drinking water coverage by 2030.
