Our Branches and Service Points
A local network as close as possible to users
As part of its mission to operate the rural public drinking water service, OMILAYE is rolling out a network of regional branches and service points to strengthen its closeness to the populations it serves.
This local structure makes it possible to support users directly, make information easier to access, handle routine requests and ensure that concerns about the drinking water service are better addressed.
Through its branches and service points, OMILAYE places customer relations at the heart of its work and strives to offer customers a service that is accessible, responsive and suited to the realities of each area.
Head Office
OMILAYE's Head Office provides overall coordination of the company's activities.
It steers strategic direction, performance monitoring, oversight of the branches, the organisation of technical, commercial and administrative services, and relations with institutional partners.
Head Office also acts as a coordination centre to ensure consistent practice, quality of service and continuous improvement of operations across the whole area of operation.
Regional Branches
The Regional Branches are OMILAYE's operational hubs across the areas it covers.
They coordinate work in the field, monitor the operation of the drinking water supply systems, handle relations with users, support local authorities, manage customer requests and follow up technical interventions.
Each regional branch helps bring the public drinking water service closer to rural populations, taking account of the geographical, social and operational specifics of its area.
South Regional Branch
The South Regional Branch supports users and oversees day-to-day operation of the service in the departments within its area.
It contributes to local customer management, follow-up on connection requests, customer assistance, billing, complaint handling and the coordination of interventions in the field.
Its role is essential to guaranteeing continuity of service, strengthening relations with communities and supporting sustainable access to drinking water in the localities served.
Centre-South Regional Branch
The Centre-South Regional Branch works with the people in its coverage area to deliver an efficient, well-organised local service.
It supports households with their enquiries, follows up enrolment campaigns, contributes to customer management and ensures the information needed for the service to run properly is fed back.
This branch also plays an important role in dialogue with local authorities, community representatives and users, particularly in awareness-raising work and efforts to improve service quality.
North Regional Branch
The North Regional Branch coordinates operations, customer relations and field monitoring in the localities under its responsibility.
It supports users in accessing the service, following up subscriptions, handling concerns and managing requests relating to drinking water.
Through its presence in the field, the branch helps strengthen service availability, team responsiveness and closeness to rural populations.
North-East Regional Branch
The North-East Regional Branch is a strategic hub for looking after users and overseeing operations in the areas within its remit.
It welcomes, informs, guides and supports customers, while contributing to the coordination of technical and commercial interventions.
Its presence helps consolidate OMILAYE's territorial coverage and guarantee a public service that is closer, more accessible and better suited to community needs.
Service Points
The Service Points complement the regional branch network by offering users local spaces to obtain information, submit requests or follow up their concerns.
In particular, they make it easier to deal with connection requests, subsidised connections, billing, consumption tracking, complaints, commercial information and referrals to the relevant services.
These service points help reduce the distance between OMILAYE and its users, while improving the speed and quality of the support provided.
Teams available to support communities
In the branches and service points, OMILAYE teams are on hand to give users reliable information, attentive listening and appropriate guidance.
Customer Service Officers, Zone Officers, technical teams and operational managers work together to deliver a service that is consistent, responsive and true to the company's commitments.
This structure makes it possible to better meet customer expectations, strengthen trust with communities and support the continuous improvement of the rural public drinking water service.
Our commitment to being close at hand
Through its network of branches and service points, OMILAYE reaffirms its determination to build a public drinking water service founded on proximity, listening, transparency and performance.
The aim is to make it easier for every user to access information, receive appropriate support and have a local point of contact for their drinking water needs.
OMILAYE — Water is life.
