Establishment of MUTRAO, the OMILAYE Workers' Mutual Society
OMILAYE has established the MUTRAO, the OMILAYE Workers' Mutual Society.
This initiative marks an important step in strengthening internal solidarity, social cohesion and staff wellbeing.
At the end of the process, the mutual society's new board was elected and formally installed. Its remit is to carry forward MUTRAO's work, drive collective engagement and help improve the social conditions of workers.
By creating this mutual society, OMILAYE confirms its commitment to a working environment that is more supportive, more human and more attentive to the needs of its teams.
